私がいた教室では手技的なものを教えてもらう際は，「見て覚えろ」と暗黙の圧力を感ずる風土であった．
新しく学ぶことだし，専門的なことであるし，手技全体の過程が長くて複雑，教室ごとにやりかたが異なり，教科書通りでもない．こういったことがなお学習を難しくさせた．
普通のひとは一回では覚えられないと思う．私は予習するなど記憶が定着しやすいように工夫し，現場では驚異的な集中力を発揮し，（ほぼ）一回で覚えた．
その後，忘れないようにノートに書き，いつでもどこでも取り出せるように絵までつけてデジタルデータにした．他の学生（ベトナム人）が欲しがるので，英語に訳してくれてやった．
基本手技なのでマニュアル化すればよいのではと思う．「見て覚えろ」は非効率的である．

A story when I was a graduate student. When we students were taught about technical things by boss, it was an unspoken rule that we must remember with just once looking.
But it was tough because the things we learned is new things for us, and has specialty. And the whole procedure was long and complicated. In addition these, the techniques were a little different from the textbook. And! the tehniques were a little different in each classroom.
I don't think that ordinary people can remember just at once. I prepared hard. That's because it make somewhat easy to remember if I prepared. I had an amazing concentration on the day. And I remember (Almost) at once.After that, I wrote it in a notebook not to forget. I even attached a figures and pictures. And turned it into digital data so that I could take it out anytime, anywhere. A Vietnamese student wanted the data, so I translate it into English and give him. I think it's better to make a manual, because the techniques are essential and repeatedly used.
it is very very inefficient that "we must remember with just once looking".
